You will also receive permission to use many 3 Key Elements coaching resources with your clients. Most importantly, that includes Kirk's Essentials of Self-Mastery. These are the top 7 coaching topics that Kirk uses in his personal coaching. You will receive client worksheets, facilitator guides, and training from Kirk on how to teach these topics. This is basically a pre-built coaching program that's ready to go. You can teach it and sell it right out the gate.

Create Your Own Coaching Program

You will also get step-by-step instructions on how to take the ideas in your head and turn them into coaching content and client worksheets. With this process, you can create your first coaching program or simplify and fine-tune your existing one. Between this and the Essentials of Self-Mastery, you can quickly put together custom coaching packages for your clients.

Sales Training

All throughout the Milestones, you will be given practice steps and mindset training to help you enroll others more naturally and enjoyably. These sales training assignments help you shift your mindset and open up better, well before you are expected to get a paying client. Even after you start getting paid clients, you will continue to be nurtured into a healthy mindset for sales and marketing.

Q&A with Kirk

Join Kirk every week for live training and Q&A. As a master coach, he can identify what's holding you back and where to focus to yield the best results for yourself.
