Step 1: Schedule Onboarding

Use the scheduling feature below to choose a time for a Coach Fast Track onboarding appointment via ZOOM. You can pick anytime available, as shown below. We recommend choosing the earliest available time.

If you don't see a place to schedule above, Click Here to open the scheduling app in a new tab.

Meeting Reminders

After you schedule your onboarding appointment, you will receive email and text reminders as the appt time gets closer. The Zoom link to join the appointment will be included in all those reminders. When the time comes, find a reminder and click the Zoom link to join the meeting (keep in mind, these reminders come from the scheduling app. These are not sent from a 3 Key Elements email or phone number).

When completed, check the box:

Continue Onboarding

Don't wait for the appointment. Continue NOW with the remaining onboarding steps, and complete as much as you can before the onboarding appointment. The more you do on your own, the more effective and efficient the appointment will be.

If you have questions or run into any trouble with the onboarding steps, we will help you during the onboarding appointment. 🙂

Step 2: Sign the Agreement

If you haven't already, Click Here to fill out and sign the Coach Fast Track Program Agreement.

When completed, check the box:

Step 3: Join the Community

Please click the blue edit icon below, enter your Voxer username/ID, then save:

Before or during your onboarding appointment, we will add you to the program chat groups on Voxer.

What is Voxer?

Voxer is a messaging app we use at 3 Key Elements. We will use Voxer chats (or "channels") to facilitate communication and community in the program.

If you don't have a Voxer account, you may use one of the links below to get it.

Get Voxer on Android
Get Voxer on iPhone
Get Voxer on any Web Browser

Once you have a Voxer account, go to your profile and look at the text directly below your name. That's your username (we sometimes call it your "Voxer ID").

While you can access Voxer on any web browser, we recommend using the phone app

Get the Discord App

If you don't have Discord, Click Here to download the app (it works on phone and desktop, though we recommend the phone version for the simpler layout).

Alternatively, you can just go to the app store and search for "discord."

Once it downloads, you should be prompted to login or create an account.

More About Discord

Discord is a messaging app that allows people to create custom communities within it. Within Discord, the technical term for a community is a "server."

We have our own community (server) on Discord, which we use for all messaging groups within our programs.

You may use the phone and desktop app interchangeably, though we recommend the phone app if you are new to Discord or prefer a simpler layout.

Once you've joined our server and have the app on your phone, you can always find it by following these steps:

  1. Open the Discord App

  2. Go to "Servers"
  3. Go to "3KE" Server

When you first join, you will only have access to the channels in the "everyone" category (in fact, you won't even see other categories).

We will update your access before or during the onboarding appointment so you can see and participate in the Coach Fast Track channels.

Most likely, you'll get the hang of it just by using it a few times to send some messages. We will primarily use it to send text messages and voice messages.

However, if you want to learn more about Discord, here's their official Beginner's Guide to explain how it all works.

Step 4: Prepare Google Drive

If you are completely new to Google Drive, Click Here to watch a good tutorial on YouTube.

We use Google Drive to manage files with the Coach Fast Track.

It isn't required that you use Google Drive, but it's something we recommend while you are in Coach Fast Track. If you're on board with that, we recommend following these instructions:

  1. Open your Google Drive
  2. Go to 'My Drive'
  3. Create a new folder and name it something all-encompassing like "My Coaching" or "[My Name]'s Coaching." (Do not share this folder with anyone else. This is where we recommend you store all coaching-related files you acquire or make)
  4. Open that folder and create a subfolder within it titled "Fast Track - Shared" and share it (with editing permission) to this email address: ammon@3keyelements.com.

If you have any questions about this, or need any assistance, bring it up during the onboarding appointment and we'll take care of you. You can also follow the more details steps below.

Help? I Don't Know about Google Drive

This section is for those who are NOT familiar with Google Drive, and need help following the instructions above.

Do you have Google Drive?

First: if you have a Google account that means you DO already have Google Drive, which is a place you can store and manage files online. If you go to Google Drive and you are prompted to login, simply use the credentials of your Google account.

If you aren't sure if you HAVE a Google account, ask yourself this: do you use Gmail? Google Calendar? Google docs? Do you login when using YouTube? If any of these are true, then you DO have a Google account.

If you don't have a Google account, you can create one from the sign-in page. From there, you can create a Gmail address or use one of your existing email addresses.

How do I use Google Drive?

For video instructions, Click Here to watch a good tutorial on YouTube.

If you are so inclined, feel free to experiment creating files and folders in Google Drive, or uploading files from external sources. Familiarity with Google Drive will help you, and simple practice is often all it takes to figure out the basics.

To help you with what you need to do right now, use the images below as a guide:

Once you have created a general folder for all your coaching purposes (the name of which can be anything you like. "Ammon's Coaching" is just an example), open it and create a subfolder with the name "Fast Track - Shared." THIS folder is what you will share with 3 Key Elements for as long as you are in the Fast Track program.

When you're done, it should look something like this:

Then right-click on the "Fast Track - Shared" folder and click "Share." Put ammon@3keyelements.com into the place to add email addresses, then click "done" then "send."

Now you're all set!
