We all have a history of challenges with money at some point in our lives. In those difficult times, we may form behaviors that can actually keep us in those struggles. Kirk & Kim Duncan, your lifestyle mentors, are here to share what you can do to improve your experience with money.
How we see, talk, and feel about money creates our money experience. You attract what you see, say, and think about.
- Visual – Compile a set of a $1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100. You can then foster an attitude of abundance, because you’ll readily see that you always have cash.
- Verbal – Upgrade your language about money. Instead of “I don’t have any money,” learn to say “I have money, and it’s always coming my way.”
- Emotional – Learn to clear out old, negative stories about money that aren’t serving you. Decide upon a new, positive perspective of your money experience. Respect money, and you’ll receive more of it.
Set up your “Money Friends”
Money Friends is a set of a $1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100. Turn money into a friendship—a positive relationship, so your experience with money changes. This also changes your psychology so you can see opportunities to earn more money.
When you transform your mindset, you will be open to more opportunities. As you see, talk, and think about money differently, you will create a positive, abundant money experience.
