I'm part of Master Your Influence, where do I get the link to be on the live webinar?

In order to receive the link to get into the live webinar, you must register by going to 3ke.to/MYI and clicking on the "Get Next Zoom Link" button. You then fill out the form with your information and you will be sent the live link via email.

We highly recommend that you do this registration process when you receive the Replay link email from the previous webinar. Within that email is the registration link for the next webinar. Doing this will make sure that you get reminders for the next webinar.

Why didn’t I get a reminder about the Master Your Influence Webinar?

The Master Your Influence webinar is hosted and broadcast via the Zoom webinar and meeting application. In order to receive the reminders via email that the next webinar is coming up you must register for the webinar. We make this simple by having it in two places. First you can find the registration link on the Master Your Influence page. (You must be logged in and a subscriber to view this page) There will be a button on that page that says “Get Next Zoom Link”. Click that button and then enter your information on the next page. It will then show you a link to the live webinar and email it to you as well
OR
We also send out a replay link email that also includes the link to register for the next webinar. We recommend you make it a habit to register when you get that replay link email.

Where do I find the date for when my subscription will renew?

You can find this date by going to the 'My Account' menu (you must be logged in to do this) and click the 'My Subscriptions' page. Or go directly there with this link:  https://3keyelements.com/my-subscriptions/.

Once you are on the page you can scroll down and see all the subscriptions that you have or previously had with us as well as the next billing date. You’ll also see whether the subscription listed is "Active" or "Ended".

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Contact our team via email at support@3keyelements.com and request it to be canceled. Please use the Subject Line: "Subscription Cancellation Request - [and the name of the subscription (i.e. Master Your Influence)]". Our team will promptly take care of processing your request and will send a reply back confirming it has been completed.

Can I get a refund after I have been charged for my subscription?

Yes, if you contact us within 3 business days of the payment charge.

After the 3 day window, you can still cancel but a refund will not be issued. In this case, you’ll maintain access to the program until the next billing date. We highly recommend that if you choose to cancel, notify our team at least 48 hours prior to the payment date so that we can take care of it before our payment system auto-charges your account.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription to Master Your Influence?

YES, absolutely.

To do so, please send an email to our team at support@3keyelements.com and specify which plan you would like to switch to. Our team will process your request for you and notify you when it is completed.

Does the Master Your Influence subscription program have the same content as the in-person event from years ago?

In general, the principles taught from the live in-person event live on in the Master Your Influence online program. Kirk always continues developing his content to meet the most up-to-date, relevant, and pressing needs for his students. We’re thrilled to be delivering a highly upgraded version of Master Your Influence twice each month to students around the world. You’ll find familiar principles from the live in-person event, as well as exciting new concepts Kirk has developed to overcome today’s obstacles and challenges.

Are you offering online/in-person multi-day classes?

Our multi-day in-person events were outstanding and impacted tens of thousands of incredible individuals and families. We loved getting to be with you and others in the same room! You and many others around the world now enjoy the ability to participate in 3 Key Elements webinars, courses, trainings, and personal coaching right from the comfort of your own home.

Though we do miss getting to high-five and bear-hug you in person, we’re pleased to provide this new way of connecting and learning. It eliminates travel costs (gas, hotels, food, flights), saves you time, in many cases means you don’t need to take off work to participate, and allows you to easily invite your family to join in on the training with you. I went to the Royalty & Romance class before, how can I get it or get it for a friend/family member?

Royalty & Romance was one of the favorite classes among our students. Although we do not offer it as a standalone class anymore, you can gain access to the recordings and materials from the last live one (August 2020 Online Sessions) by subscribing to the Master Your Influence Premium Subscription. Go to 3ke.to/Influence to join the twice-a-month group coaching program. You will then have full access to it as long as you are subscribed at the premium level.

How do I get personal 1-on-1 coaching with Kirk Duncan, Ann Washburn, or Phillip Ramos?

Personal Mentoring is a great choice if you want to propel your life forward at an incredible rate. If you are interested in 1-on-1 coaching send an email to support@3keyelements.com with the subject line “Personal Mentoring inquiry with (name of the mentor - Kirk/Ann/Phillip)”

How much is the tuition to be coached 1-on-1 with Kirk or Ann or Phillip?

Pricing may vary based on availability and because packages are customized to fit you and/or your business’s needs. Once we receive your inquiry email as instructed in the previous FAQ above, a team member will reach out to you by email or phone to support you in learning more and providing you with options for 1-on-1 coaching.

I had content on the Legacy Online Academy, where is it now?

Our Legacy Academy was officially closed on July 28, 2021. Due to the sheer quantity of videos, audio, and printed materials we cannot move everything to our new academy. From feedback we asked for and received, we are working on making available the programs that were most requested.

If you previously purchased and still had access to any of the programs listed below, you will continue to receive access to them when they are made available in the New Online Academy.

Transfer of these past online programs and event recordings from Legacy Academy are in no particular order. As each program is transferred, if you had access to that program here, you will be notified that it is available in the New Academy. Our team is working hard on this but we cannot guarantee when these programs and recordings will be available in the new academy.

The login that I have doesn't work… How do I get/find my password?
  1. How to get a password (if you’re trying to use your legacy academy login) –
    If you had a login for our Legacy Academy and if you had some content in there, then you have a good chance it is available in the New Academy. If this is the case, then you can send us an email at support@3keyelements.com and request a set of credentials and we will be glad to generate a set for you. You will receive an email with your username and password.
  2. How to find your password –
    If you know that you have a password to the New Academy but cannot remember it, there are a couple of ways you can recover and/or reset your password.
    1. When you are on the login screen you can select the ”Lost Your Password” option [see image].
    2. Enter your email address and you’ll receive an email with directions to reset your password.

OR you can send an email to our team at support@3keyelements.com and they can change your password to whatever you want. We do not send passwords through email for your own security. We can give you a hint/reminder about an existing password.

I don't have a login, can I get one?

Absolutely! When you register for our free Vision Board Course, you’ll be able to create a login and password to access that course. Plus, when you choose to join our other programs, you’ll be able to easily access them and all of your 3 Key Elements courses and programs via the same Academy login!

Is there a way to contact Kirk Duncan, Ann Washburn, or Phillip Ramos directly?

The best way to speak with our Coaches/Trainers is to book a personal coaching appointment with them. You can meet with Kirk (3ke.to/Kirk), Ann (3ke.to/MeetWithAnn), or Phillip (3ke.to/Strengths) using each of their respective booking links.

I want to propose a partnership, a sponsorship, or get a 3 Key Elements coach to speak at my company/event. What do I need to do?

I use Gmail and I am not seeing emails from 3 Key Elements. Help!?

The Gmail email system has a tendency to put our emails in the Junk/Spam or Promotions folder. We have created this simple video tutorial for how to gather your 3 Key Elements emails into one place in your Gmail account. (Go to 3ke.to/gmail)

How do I update my payment information on a subscription?

You can view and update the card on file for all your subscriptions here: 3keyelements.com/my-subscriptions/

If you are not logged in, you will be taken to the login page first.

On the 'My Subscriptions' page, follow these steps:

  1. Identify the subscription you would like to update
  2. Click the blue button that says “Update card”
  3. Fill in new credit card information, then click “Update Card”
  4. You will then see a new in-screen message that says “Card Successfully Updated”. Now you're done!
Can I record the trainings with my phone or any other recording device?

Please refrain from recording any event, program or training on your phone or other devices. This is a violation of copyright law. In many cases we offer recordings to view after the event, but refer to the emails you receive regarding that specific event for info on that event. Appointment recordings are provided for you to review while you are a part of the program and for a short time after the end of the program. You are welcome to watch them as many times as you wish during that time.
