I'm part of Master Your Influence, where do I get the link to be on the live webinar?

In order to receive the link to get into the live webinar, you must register by going to and clicking on the "Get Next Zoom Link" button. You then fill out the form with your information and you will be sent the live link via email.

We highly recommend that you do this registration process when you receive the Replay link email from the previous webinar. Within that email is the registration link for the next webinar. Doing this will make sure that you get reminders for the next webinar.

Why didn’t I get a reminder about the Master Your Influence Webinar?

The Master Your Influence webinar is hosted and broadcast via the Zoom webinar application. In order to receive the reminders via email that the next webinar is coming up is to register for the webinar. We make this simple by having it in two places.

First, you can find the registration link on the Master Your Influence main page. There will be a button on that page that says “Get Next Zoom Link”. Click that and then put in your information on the next page.
Second, we send out a replay email after each webinar that has the link to register for the next webinar. You can make it a habit to register for the next one when you get that replay email.

How do I update my payment information on a subscription?

You can view and update the card on file for all your subscriptions here:

If you are not logged in, you will be taken to the login page first.

On the 'My Subscriptions' page, follow these steps:

  1. Identify the subscription you would like to update
  2. Click the blue button that says “Update card”
  3. Fill in new credit card information, then click “Update Card”
  4. You will then see a new in-screen message that says “Card Successfully Updated”. Now you're done!
Can I record the trainings with my phone or any other recording device?

Please refrain from recording any event, program or training on your phone or other devices. This is a violation of copyright law. In many cases we offer recordings to view after the event, but refer to the emails you receive regarding that specific event for info on that event. Appointment recordings are provided for you to review while you are a part of the program and for a short time after the end of the program. You are welcome to watch them as many times as you wish during that time.

I use Gmail and I am not seeing emails from 3 Key Elements. Help!?

The Gmail email system has a tendency to put our emails in the Junk/Spam or Promotions folder. We have created this simple video tutorial for how to gather your 3 Key Elements emails into one place in your Gmail account. (Go to
