About Me
I’m Kirk. For almost two decades, I’ve been teaching people how to stop second-guessing themselves and start trusting what they feel. I’ve spoken at over 6,100 events and trained thousands, but honestly? Numbers don’t matter as much as this: I know what it’s like to feel too sensitive, misunderstood, or unsure if you can trust what you feel.
That confusion ate at me. It drained me. And for a long time, I tried to shut it down. But you can only run from your gift for so long. When I finally leaned in—really leaned in—everything shifted. I discovered tools that helped me protect my energy, trust my senses, and use this sensitivity as a strength instead of a weakness.
