Beating Holiday Stress

The best way to have a good day is to plan the night before. If you make a plan, you’ll make your day. Pick your top two things and plan to get them done, and your day will adjust to fit all of your goals in side by side with any other distractions that may come up. The little distractions we face during the day chip away at our day if we’ve not prepared beforehand on what we want to accomplish. Learn to say no to disorder, and plan ahead; this is the path to success.
